We also conduct programs within non-profit and spiritual organizations to educate people how to deal with inter-personal conflict within the organization. Our program have ranged from teaching basic communication skills for engaging in “difficult” conversations between people experiencing tensions with each other, to learning specific mediation skills for leaders within the organization to leadership skills to encourage and support constructive ongoing conversations within all levels of the organization. We have also developed systems within the organization for participants to be able to provide a safe atmosphere and support for working through inter-personal difficulties which normally arise within the organization.
